Who we are
Nord Field (nordfieldcoffee.com) supplies Colombian green coffee to roasters and coffee businesses. For any question about your data, write to hello@nordfieldcoffee.com.
What we collect
- The request form: the details you type in, such as your name, email address, company, country and message, including the lots or volumes you are interested in.
- Email: anything you send us directly by email.
- Technical data: like any website, our server receives your IP address and browser information when you open a page. We use it to keep the site working and to block spam.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your request: to send the price list and samples, prepare an offer, arrange shipping and follow up on that conversation. In GDPR terms, this is processing at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers who help us run the business: our website host and email provider, and the exporter and logistics partners who prepare and ship your samples or order. They receive only what they need for that task.
We work from Argentina and Colombia, so your data may be processed outside your country. When that happens, we use providers that apply recognised safeguards.
How long we keep it
As long as we are in contact about your request or orders, and up to three years after our last exchange. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are kept for the period the law requires.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies it needs to work, for example for the language version and for spam protection on the request form.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to stop using it, or to send you a copy. Write to hello@nordfieldcoffee.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date below.
