About the variety

Where it grows

Huila, in the south of Colombia, sits between the Central and Eastern Andes around the headwaters of the Magdalena River. It is the country's largest coffee-producing department and the home of many of its best-known specialty lots. Las Brisas farm sits at 1800 m in Acevedo.

Processing

Natural: whole cherries are dried with the fruit still on the bean. Expect more fruit, sweetness and body.
