Where it grows

Tolima lies in central Colombia on the slopes of the Central Andes. Its southern municipalities, such as Planadas and Rioblanco, have become a reference for high-altitude specialty coffee. Monteverde farm sits at 1800–2100 m in Herrera.

Processing

Red natural is Monteverde's own natural-process protocol. We share the processing details with the samples.

The lot was fermented only with its own microorganisms, with nothing added.
